There are two boots that I have seen more times than I can count this winter from blogs to magazines and on the streets. The Polo Ranger/Cookie boot has completely saturated the market on the east coast, more specifically in NYC. The other boot is also a Polo piece, but with a very different aesthetic. If your reading this in Philadelphia then you probably already know its the two toned Polo Bootleg 3. Although I really don't like them at all, they are definitely built to withstand any weather condition and this winter we got blasted with like 4 blizzards in the Illadelph.
